Terms and Conditions


Welcome to Pippa, operated by Pippaco Industries Private Limited. By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions.



App Usage:


a. The app is intended for customers to view and order drinking water and accessories in bulk, mainly in Kerala
b. App content is for personal and business use only
c. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and place orders



Account Registration:


a. Account creation is required to place an order
b. Guest mode allows viewing only, without ordering
c. User registration includes name, phone number, but no verification is required during signup
d. OTP verification is used only for password recovery
e. Only the admin can delete or deactivate user accounts upon request



Orders & Delivery:


a. No minimum order quantity is required; however, items are generally sold in cases or bulk (e.g., 16 bottles of 500ml)
b. 20-litre cans have no quantity restrictions
c. Orders placed before noon are delivered by evening, and orders placed after noon are delivered the next morning
d. Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour after ordering time
e. Returns and refunds must be handled via customer support; opened bottles are not eligible for return
f. Delivery is available only in admin-approved locations and selected PIN code areas



User Responsibilities & Behaviour:


a. Users must not place fake orders or use abusive language in suggestions
b. Violations may result in account suspension or deletion by the admin
c. Misuse, reverse-engineering, or attempting to copy the app’s design, code, or concept is strictly prohibited



Intellectual Property:


a. All content, branding, and features in the app are owned by Pippaco Industries Pvt. Ltd.
b. Users are not permitted to reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of the app without written permission



Legal Jurisdiction:


a. All disputes will be handled under the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of Kerala.
b. In case of legal concern, users must first attempt resolution via customer support
